Opryss School
School records that work on any phone.
Attendance, grades, report cards and a parent portal in one place, built around how your school already works, not around a spreadsheet. Teachers use their own phones; families need nothing but their child's ID and a PIN.
What it does
Attendance in a minute
Teachers mark only who's late or absent, on their own phone. It saves even on a weak connection and sends when the signal comes back. The principal sees every class the same morning.
A gradebook that fills in the report card
Assignments, quizzes, tests and exams, with points. Teachers see how many points are left in the grading period; when it's all marked, the total becomes the report card score, using your school's own grading scale and averages.
Report cards, released when you're ready
The principal checks every card, then releases it to families in one tap. Scores lock once released, and families confirm they've seen it, like signing the paper copy. Every change is recorded.
A parent portal with no app to install
Families sign in with their child's student ID and a PIN from the school, on any phone. They see attendance, grades so far and how many points are needed to pass, report cards, notices and events.
Notices and events
Post to the whole school or one class. Families see it the next time they open their page; nothing gets lost in a group chat.
Fees and receipts, if you want them
An add-on for tuition and fees: numbered receipts, balances per student, cash handed in and banked, and approvals for spending. Turn it on or off for your school.
Children's information, handled with care
- Your school owns its data. We use it only to run the service: never sold, never used for advertising.
- Birth dates, addresses, health notes and guardian contacts are encrypted, and staff see only what their role needs.
- The principal can download class lists, scores and attendance at any time.
- If a family asks for their child's information to be removed, it's removed, except records the school must keep, like receipts.

How a school gets started
Step 1
A short setup form
Your staff, classes, students, calendar and grading scale, filled in once from a private link.
Step 2
We set it up
Your school's own page with your crest and colors, students imported, staff invited by email or phone.
Step 3
Start with one class
A pilot class alongside your current process, weekly check-ins, then the whole school when you're ready.
