Terms of Use
Effective September 30, 2026
These terms apply to your use of opryss.com. By using the site, you agree to them. Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.
Using the site
You may use opryss.com to learn about Opryss and contact us. Please don't:
- submit false information, spam, or someone else's details without their permission;
- try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
- use automated tools to submit forms or scrape the site in a way that burdens it.
Information on the site
We work to keep the site accurate, but it's provided for general information and may change without notice. Examples, mockups, and demos on the site — including any marked as a sample or conceptual example — illustrate the kind of systems we build. They aren't live products or real organizations' data.
Nothing on the site is an offer or a commitment to provide services. Scope, price, and timelines are agreed in writing for each project. A scheduling request is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm it.
What you send us
When you contact us, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Ideas or feedback you share may inform our work, without any obligation to you, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Our content
The Opryss name, logo, and the text, design, and code of this site belong to Opryss or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse its content or branding without permission.
Links to other sites
The site may link to websites we don't control, including sites we've built for clients. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Opryss isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
